The best way to identify your mac is with your serial number. Most serial numbers are located on the bottom case or just inside the battery compartment.
If you can’t located your serial number, Apple provides a great support page for assisting you in your search.
You the customer must be legally able to sell and transfer the ownership of the device you are sending us. You must accurately & truthfully describe the computer you are interested in selling.
Laptops are best protected wrapped in bubble wrap or foam in a box 2-3 times the thickness of the laptop. Make certain you package your laptop carefully. You are solely responsible for the risk of loss or damage of/to your property while it is being shipped to us and while it is shipped from us to you, should we return the item to you.
We will pay all standard ground shipping costs by sending you a prepaid shipping label. This is only offered to US and Canada address’. We do not cover express shipping costs. Please make sure the box is either a UPS, Canada Post, or non-branded box.
We use UPS for United States customers and Canada Post for our Canadian customers.
If you prefer to pay & ship it yourself, we will reimburse you $15 for US customers and $20 for Canadian customers.
Should we be required to return a laptop or device due to an inaccurate description on the sellers part, the seller will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred both to return it, and to recoup our costs of arranging shipment to us.
When computer is received and condition verified, payment will be sent by check or Paypal within 48 hours of being inspected. This 48 hour period allows us to accurate verify the condition of the device sent to us and to make sure it matches the original description of it condition and the offer made.
We will pay you exactly what we offered you or, (with the exception of fraud and or misrepresentation), we will return your device entirely at our expense.
Any hard drives that do not require data to be recovered by the customer will be erased. Any data that is requested to be recovered will be handled with your security in mind. We are not a data security company, and we cannot guarantee that all personally identifiable data or other sensitive or security related information will be removed from your drive or other memory devices by us. Accordingly, you should remove any such information from your laptop or other device before you send it to us. You agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from any loss or injury resulting from your failure and our failure to remove such information prior to reselling or recycling the device that you send. We are not responsible for any loss suffered by you due to any data that is not erased from the device and becomes available to any third party subsequent to our final disposition of your laptop (or any other electronic gadget). Remember to make all necessary backups or transfer of data from your device before you send it if you wish to keep or reuse any data that is stored on your machine. Further more, we are not responsible for your data and its security.
Should we, upon inspection of your device, decide to offer you a lower price than originally quoted, you will have five business days to either accept or reject the new price quote. If you fail to accept the price quote within five business days, or if you reject the price quote prior to the elapsing of five days, we will return your laptop or device to you. Should we be required to return a laptop or device due to grossly inaccurate description on the sellers part, the seller will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred both to return it, and to recoup our costs of arranging shipment to us.
